Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference in men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

Prostate Cancer Statistics and Facts for Men

Prostate Cancer is the second leading cause of cancer deaths in American men. Black men in particular experience the highest rates of prostate cancer. To fight this disease, it’s important to educate ourselves and others about common risk factors, symptoms, and prevention strategies.

The Truth About Depression in Black Men

Black men, in particular, have a hard time discussing or dealing with depression. Cultural norms within the Black community have made it difficult for men to openly admit they have a problem. I first experienced how depression affects men when I was in college and watched my friend deal with it.

Top 10 Mustaches in African-American History

Although there have been many Black men with mustaches throughout the ages, there are a few who deserve special recognition. In honor of Movember, I’ve compiled a list of the Black men who are known for their mustaches and inspire us to step up our facial hair game.
